Falls Creek camping

While winter isn’t the best time to camp due to heavy snow and cold temperatures, Falls Creek in Summer is a camper’s and caravaner’s paradise. Refer to the Alpine National Park site and staff for camping enquiries in the National Park. There are plenty of other options, however. Find these below.

Porepunkah Bridge Holiday Park – Positioned at the foot of Mt Buffalo (1,723 metres), the laid back Porepunkah Bridge is bordered by the mellow Ovens River, and offers options from glamping teepee-style tents to fully air conditioned rooms and cabins.
